• No refunds after download

Courses

• Access is granted upon payment completion
• Course content may be updated periodically
• Certificates are provided upon completion where applicable
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited

4. Workforce Planning Tool

Subscription Terms

• Free trial: 7 days with limited features
• Monthly subscription: $99/month, billed monthly
• Annual subscription: $999/year, billed annually
• Cancel anytime with no lock-in contracts
• Access continues until end of billing period after cancellation

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the tool. We do not claim any rights to your organizational data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Consulting Services

• Engagements are governed by separate consulting agreements
• Deliverables and timelines are specified in project proposals
• Payment terms are agreed upon before engagement commencement
• Confidentiality is maintained for all client information

6. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our tools
• Not share or redistribute purchased content

7. Intellectual Property

9. Refund Policy

• Digital downloads: No refunds after download
• Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months/years
• Consulting services: As per individual agreements
• Courses: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be considered

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms
