I am a seasoned Organization Development and Transformation advisor with over 22 years of experience in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, dedicated to helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy design and real‑world execution. Over two decades, I have focused on Human Capital and Organization Development, leading transformative initiatives, successfully integrating mergers and acquisitions, and pioneering organizational practices that improve performance and resilience.

My background spans Big‑4 consulting at PwC and Deloitte as well as senior in‑house roles within large groups, giving me a practical understanding of both advisory and implementation realities.

Beyond the Boardroom

Beyond the boardroom, I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of HR leaders in Saudi Arabia and contributing to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 human capital development goals.

I believe that true transformation happens when people are empowered, capabilities are built, and culture is aligned with strategy.
